How to use it


Search by publication id

1) Insert the PubMed ID of the publication to analyze. The autocomplete function will help you find one of many publications about melanoma.

2) Click [Annotate] to annotate the given publication. Or move to the [Next] or [Prev]ious publication to annotate.

The Publication Analysis box shows the relations extracted between the genes and melanoma entities in the publication.

The Annotated Genes box reports the list of annotated genes and highlights (in yellow) the ones that are potentially involved in melanoma.

Search by gene name

1) Insert the Gene name (or its Entrez Gene Id). The autocomplete function will help you find one of many genes related to melanoma.

2) Click [Get Publications] to get the list of publications containing the gene-melanoma relationships.

3) Click on one of the publications to get the extracted relations.
